Caramba was Danes’ first blend, created in 1999 by Paul Jackson. The name Caramba comes from the Spanish word ‘Caramba’ that translates to ‘Good Gracious!’ in English. This medium roasted blend is smooth and clean with a well-balanced flavour. Caramba has a very dynamic and complex profile. As a black it has a mild, sweet acidity that develops into warm rich caramel flavours in milk. Its medium body gives a velvety mouth feel that will linger and be enjoyed long after the cup is finished.
